February, 1952

This school was established and nominated "Taipei Municipal Gu Ting Elementary School." The first principle 張榮昌 was assigned by the Taipei City Government.

August, 1958

The second principle 陳炳禧 was appointed.。

September, 1966

The third principle 鄭美俐 was appointed.

August, 1968

Taipei Municipal Gu Ting Elementary School" was added "at Gu Ting district," because of changes to the compulsory education system.

August, 1971

The fourth principal 簡勝卿 came into position.

April, 1972

A new class for slightly mentally handicapped children was established.

February, 1976

The fifth principal 陳炳爵 was appointed to this school.

August, 1979

Experimental classes for musical talents were established with cooperation from NTNU.

August, 1982

The sixth principal 吳雨泉 was assigned to our school.

September, 1982

A special class for medium to severely mentally handicapped children was set up.

February, 1987

The seventh principal 林重孝 came to our school.

March, 1990

The name of the school was changed to "Taipei Municipal Gu Ting Elementary School at Da An district"

August, 1990

Two classes for Kindergarten students were opened.

August, 1992

The eighth principal 江國雄 came into office.

August, 1996

The ninth principal 葉春梅 came into office.

August, 2000

The tenth principal 柯貴美was assigned to this school.

August, 2008

The eleventh principal 邱豐盛 was assigned to this school.

August, 2012

The twelfth principal 楊柳淳 was assigned to this school.

August, 2016

The Thirteenth principal 黃玉貞 was assigned to this school.
